Chains

Don't put me in chains
don't push me to dark
my wings will rebel
till the doors are opened

Once I put myself in chains
hoping to get back my sanity
rather I got a soulless mind
which cursed me day and night

Mind won the game
frightful self left behind
a brave self emerged
smiling at the past I moved on

The struggle taught me to laugh
at everything that hurt me
nothing is gained through revenge
but through love !

Walking towards the eternal light
leaving behind all my chains
I hope if I could take away
all the chains which exist, with me
to create a brave world

Do not put anyone in chains 
for they will emerge brave,
Do not push any to dark
for they will walk towards light..!!
